Gee Singh
President/Chief Executive Officer
Gee Singh brings an accomplished track record and over three decades-long experience in federal contracting and professional services provider industry. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Venesco, Gee manages the overall company strategy and execution, guide it’s operations to meet its strategic short- and long-term business goals. He has the oversight on the business and financial plans towards the growth of the company by researching and studying long-range economic trends and position company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas. He excels in resourcing the company requirements for capital, land, buildings, and meets the work force in a highly competitive marketplace.
Ben Guthrie
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Guthrie currently serves as Venesco’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting directly to Venesco’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Guthrie is a certified Government Contracting and Project Management Professional (PMP) with 27 years of direct and applicable U.S. military and Federal agency experience. Mr. Guthrie manages a multi-million-dollar ID/IQ and contracts portfolio, with oversight of hundreds of employees, and is the singular coordination amongst Program Management Office (PMO) and contract management assets. Mr. Guthrie supports vital mission requirements that impacts National security initiatives, with specific focused capabilities inclusive of biomedical, research and development (R&D), science and technology (S&T), human performance, administrative, management consulting, and public health logistics support services.
Dr. Venkat Rao
VP Strategy & Growth/Chief Science Officer
Dr. Venkat Rao currently serves both as the Vice President for Strategy and Growth, and Chief Science Officer (CSO) of Venesco, directly reporting to the President and CEO of Venesco. Dr. Rao brings over 30 years of experience in federal agencies health, biomedical and public health research and development programs. Prior to joining Venesco, Dr. Rao was the Chief Scientist at ERP International, where he led the formation of Medical Research and Preparedness support business portfolio. As the lead strategist he initiated the health research services sector at Parsons, with an oversight of multiple task order contracts supporting the Army and Navy biomedical research contracts with over contract and subcontract 200 employees in the US and locations abroad. Dr. Rao holds a doctorate in biochemistry and two master’s degrees in toxicology and pharmacology. Dr. Rao was formerly a Fellow of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences under the Young Investigators Program, Science and Technology Policy Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences Environmental Fellowship Program.
