Venesco’s Public Health Educator Project Manager and Senior Strategist optimize the health of its beneficiaries through critically needed population health programs. To optimize the performance in support of accomplishing its mission, NHCP’s PHP requires the services of public health education and strategic services. Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Instructors

Venesco provides instructors to the CDP, a national training facility located in Anniston, Alabama that prepares state and local emergency response personnel to respond to all hazards, including terrorist attacks using weapons of mass destruction, by providing advanced, hands-on training. This national training program was developed for state, local, tribal, Federal, private sector, and international responders. Training classes delivered by the CDP provide specific knowledge and expertise for deterrence, prevention, and response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) incidents; mass casualty incidents; and incidents involving hazardous materials by providing advanced hands-on and classroom-based state of the art training.

Venesco provides subject matter expert software engineering support services to conduct testing and evaluation of tactile cueing systems including in-flight and ground-based testing. We interface with other companies to identify best sources to obtain modifications and new hardware to accomplish research goals and to sustain Warfighter performance. USAARL applies its medical, psychological, and physiological knowledge and skills to optimize systems for the end user – the U.S. Army Warfighter, and works closely with the Program Executive Office of Aviation in Huntsville, Alabama and the Naval Air Station Patuxent River to accomplish these goals.

Patent Persecution Support Services

Venesco supports OSJA with senior level command staff, briefing, administrative, financial, patent persecution, information management/information technology, and financial support services for the patent persecution process. Athletic Trainer Services: Forward Musculoskeletal Care for Initial Military Training

Venesco provides certified Masters-level plus three years collegiate / professional experience to Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Physical Therapy Clinics to four U.S. Army Initial Military Training and Basic Recruit Training Depot locations: Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Fort Benning, Georgia; and Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Evaluation of the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) Progressive Return to Activity Clinical Recommendation Tool

Venesco provides research associate and scientific support for patient recruitment and data collection at three respective participating sites; including Womack Army Medical Center, Naval Medical Center San Diego, and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The target population of this prospective, multi-center study includes Service Members who have sustained an acute mTBI and concussion. The results of this project inform necessary improvements to clinical engagements to increase the effectiveness and utilization of the clinical support tools, which will ultimately improve the implementation and standardization of clinical practice for acute concussion in military medicine.

This contract is to provided health IT & HIE services to ONC including direct aid and guidance for the establishment of interoperable electronic health records. ONC recognizes the important role HIE organizations and other stakeholders play in realizing meaningful use and interoperable exchange. Communities of Practice (CoPs) were defined as lively, interactive forums for peers to come together to collectively tackle common challenges. Participants were able to drive the agenda, lend their expertise, and help to develop informational products that became part of the public domain. The work under this contract built upon the foundation originally laid by the CoPs.

Venesco has been assisting the customer with audits and financial management reviews of contracts being administered by AMCG. Venesco gets involved in comprehensive evaluation of other contractors’ requests for proposals for reimbursement and proposed indirect rates using government cost control analysis techniques to determine reasonableness, allowability, and allocability. Specific areas of expertise Venesco is required to perform financial management reviews and auditing support services of very large contracts, including evaluating direct labor costs, outside services cost, material pricing, subcontract costs, estimating methods, indirect costs rates, and contractor financial capabilities to continue operations within both near term and in some cases over several years.

Construction and VTC Technical Communications Upgrades
